ELIMINATOR (shown with wire sizing belt - also available with rubber sizing belt)

The eliminator is a chain-type sizing unit used to eliminate undersized produce before the cleaning, sorting, and packaging operations are performed.  The Tew eliminator used the lower rubber-covered roll to drive the sizing chain.  This feature provides two distinct advantages.  Any Size of chain can be installed and used on the machine without changing rolls.  Pinching and bruising of fruit at the discharge end is virtually eliminated. Entrance and discharge plates are rubber covered to protect the produce from damage.  The rubber-lined chute under the sizing chain can be adjusted on-site to discharge to the right or to the left.

  SIDE CONVEYOR TO FIT SIZING UNITS

Replaces gravity chute under sizing screens.  Will move produce out to packer in steady flow and eliminates possibility of jam-up under screen.  Comes complete with gearmotor drive.  Belting is 10" wide and conveyor extends about 19" on Series 1650 and about 11" on 2450
 

ROTARY PACKING TABLE
This power driven table is more efficient than a gravity table because it collects produce from an absorber or sizing unit and moves it to the packers.  All packing material can be place at the best location with respect to the workers thus eliminating congestion
